When you get paid
Payouts run on a fixed schedule to a verified account
A new teacher’s first payout may be held while we confirm account details
Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from the next payout
You are responsible for your own taxes — Haven does not withhold

Teachers under 18
You may teach and earn on Haven. Earnings are recorded to your account and released once a guardian link is verified, and payouts are made to that verified guardian — never directly to you.
Guardian links are created by Haven staff after we verify the relationship. We do not use self-service invitation links for this.

Refunds you should expect
Students can request a full refund within 14 days if they have completed less than 30% of the course. If you cancel a course or fail to deliver what was advertised, the refund is full regardless of progress.
