Founding teacher
Publish a course, shape the builder, tell us what breaks. Paid per enrollment at the standard 85%.
Accessibility auditor
Independent WCAG 2.1 AA audit of the four core journeys. Paid engagement.
Safety reviewer
Part-time moderation of reports and flagged conversations. Paid hourly.

There is no funding round, no equity pool and no benefits package yet
The codebase is small and the decisions are made quickly
If you need structure and a manager, this is the wrong stage

Email hello@havencourses.com with the role, one paragraph on what you would do first, and anything you have built. We answer within 3 to 5 days, including the noes.
